A Thunder Bluff Gift Collection is created by combining the following together: * 1x Image:INV Misc Flower 01.png [Basket of Flowers] * 1x Image:INV Misc Bag 19.png [Satchel of Cards] * 1x Image:INV Letter 12.png [Thunder Bluff Pledge Collection] If you have all three of the ingredient items in your inventory, right clicking on any of them will create the Gift Collection. Fifteen individual pledge items, five each of three kinds, make up this collection. Acquiring these will require two or three stacks of [Love Tokens].
