A'Sharad Hett was a member of the Old Jedi Order who survived Order 66, living on through the time of the Galactic Empire, the New Republic, and into the Yuuzhan Vong War. While on a Yuuzhan Vong ship in 25 ABY, the Vong tortured him and experimented on him. He was unable to survive the encounter.
