Tornado Blow (トルネードブロウ Torunēdo Burou?) is Tornado Man's Special Weapon. It is a weapon that reaches all over the screen like Toad Man's Rain Flush, blowing away enemies (such as Metall β) and projectiles or damaging them. While Tornado Blow is active, it also allows Mega Man to jump higher (this is also true when Tornado Man uses the weapon when fighting him). Tornado Blow is needed for the first stage of the Wily Castle, although an alternative to this is Concrete Shot if the player can properly map the shots.
