In addition to KaBlam!, Martel wrote the political satire play Death in a Landslide and was a consulting producer on the film Fahrenheit 9/11. He has wrote/produced for several other shows including 100 Deeds for Eddie McDowd and The Wubbulous World of Dr. Seuss. Recently, he was a screenplay/story writer for the 2015 film Get Hard and a writer/executive producer on the Comedy Central TV series Key and Peele.
