Blake Ewing (sometimes credited as Blake McIver Ewing) is an American actor who played Menlo on Recess. He is also famous for playing Eugene on Hey Arnold! (the fifth voice actor to play him) and Waldo Aloysius Johnson in The Little Rascals (film).
