Twenty years of experience stand behind our mission statement. PT’s Coffee Roasting Co. began in 1993 as a single coffee shop in Topeka, Kansas. An intense passion for coffee led us to start roasting in our second retail location in 1997. Since then, we’ve opened our own roasting facility, equipped it with a Diedrich IR-5, IR-24, and Gothot 90-Kilo and have been recognized as Roast Magazine‘s 2009 Roaster of the Year. We are also among the leading roasters reviewed by industry resource, Coffee Review, with over 15 scores of 94 and above. Currently, we roast over 100 tons of premium, specialty coffee annually for our retail locations, wholesale clients, and internet customers around the world, always with an eye towards the future.
