Ramiro Dull (born April 15th, 2405) is a member of the Redemption Party, founder of the Western Dovani Cooperation Accord, former Foreign Minister of the Free Republic of Lourenne, and current President of the Free Republic. In the early 2460s, Dull worked to prevent war between Sekowo and Beiteynu over the colonization of Squibble, and was reasonably successful, serving as a voice of reason in a chaotic, sometimes violent conference between Dovanian powers and the more powerful Accord des Nations Amicales.
