Elephant on the Run, which originated in Cheeky Weekly, was the somewhat ludicrous tale of a fugitive elephant being chased by a zookeeper. The wily pachyderm would frequently resort to disguising himself in overcoats and dark glasses and hiding behind newspapers, yet curiously, he was never caught!
