Akaigan (赤い眼, Red eye) is the Kekkei Genkai of the Kirameki clan.this dojutsu kekkei genkai lets the user to control people's blood. By controlling the enemy's blood,the user can make him do what he wants. However, this kekkei genkai does not control the enemy's will, it can only control the enemys motions. Akaigan can detect blood as well,it can detect blood from only 800 meters away. this dojutsu can only work on enemys that are 20 meters far.the dojutsu wont work if the enemy the user want to use it on is further.
