Narviat (full name: Devoras Narviat) was a Romulan admiral and later served as Praetor of the Romulan Star Empire from 2344 to 2374. He was most famous for devising a plan to infiltrate Starfleet with clones of their officers. Shinzon is the most famous of these clones, made from Jean-Luc Picard genetic material.
