Dr. Robert Blake, Ph.D is a human politician and diplomat, the second civilian commander of the International Stargate Command as of 2011. Like previous heads of the Stargate Program, he has cultivated a close friendship with the past and present members of SG-1, and holds a great deal of respect in their eyes in return.
