Torgan is a glassblower of Riva. He has iron-gray hair and strangely rounded and rosy cheeks, and wore a burn-spotted leather smock. He is a friend of Silk's (as "Radek of Boktor"). Silk noticed he expanded his shop, and Torgan mentioned that the market was good to him. The perfume makers in Tol Borune were buying any bottles they could get. He has an apprentice named Joran, who wanted to marry his daughter.
