They can be viewed to find information about the ongoing event, and can be found in the following locations: * Burthorpe, by the bank * Draynor Village, by the bank * Edgeville, by the bank * Falador, by the western bank * Lumbridge, at the gate to the castle * Prifddinas, in the Tower of Voices * Varrock, at the southern gate of Grand Exchange
