When Profesor Bramble begins his investigations into a strange pot, brought to him by Ash Ketchum, events begin to unfold in Crucendoh that have been brewing for over 3,000 years. The pots are the long lost Keys of the Old Ones, mentioned in much legend surrounding Arceus, and the origin of the Pokemon World. It unravels that each pot is connected to a legendary Pokemon of immense power, the first (the Pot of Senwi) is used to awaken Myrkbal, an ancient pokemon from years ago. A number of Magi of old, the Circle of Keypers, created the pots to siphon the power of the so-called Old Ones.
