The Pac'chag-class was a Klingon assault cruiser that entered service in 2359. (Ship Recognition Manual, Volume 3: Ships of the Klingon Empire) Designed by House TIQa it was designed to be a highly capable attack cruiser with high speed, maneuverability and firepower. It also included several unique characteristics such as directly linking its disruptors to the ship's warp core allowing for them to be brought online faster, a shield grid that allowed more efficient power flow and a redesigned bridge layout.
