The Balam Alliance (バラム提携, Baramu Teikei) is a alliance of three pirate crews, operting in the New World. Their main goal is to overthrow the Yonkou and supress all other pirate crews, to the point that they are the only three crews that are totally active in the world. They act as antagonists in the Balam Alliance Saga of Grand Voyage.
