Staff Sergeant Timothy Waters is the commander of Recon Team 7. A hardbitten veteran, there is few things he hasn't seen or done. He carries an AT-2 "Thunder" Blaster Pistol and an AS-7 "Avenger" Combat Shotgun. He also carries four magazines, frag grenades, and smoke grenades.
