The Mild Moose Tranquilizer Dart is one of Lucy's weapons that is fired from her Watch Epoxy Shooter. It is used to sedate Shannon in the backside to prevent her from humiliating Gru by removing his wig. It appears to be programmed with an advanced targeting system. Once struck on target, at least on humans, the effect is almost instantaneous, knocking out the victim cold and making them moan like a moose. It's unknown how long the effect lasts but the target is so unconcious they will not awake even after being struck against a door or bound to the roof of a speeding car.
