The Jericho VII Campaign was a major engagement of the Human-Covenant War; despite significant tactical victories on the planet, Covenant naval forces compelled the UNSC to evacuate the planet. Although the planet was subsequently glassed by the Covenant, the UNSC was able to extract its remaining ground forces and the majority of the colonial populace.
