William Ray "Pudface" Morgan is a recurring villain in RoboCop: The Series. Most of his crimes are based around luring RoboCop into the open so he can destroy him. This is due to the fact that five years ago when RoboCop had arrested him he had suffered massive scarring in a toxic accident of his own making. Pudface displays a knack for escaping incarceration.
