Melak Needa was a captain in the Imperial Navy under the Galactic Empire, eventually becoming an admiral under the Imperial Remnant. He was the cousin of Lorth Needa, who was also an Imperial Navy captain, and was executed by Darth Vader in 3 ABY for failing to capture Han Solo.
