Coo is a Wavemaster. While adventuring in a field with her friends Nei and Kira she noticed Haru being attacked by a monster. Too weak to help her herself she returned to town, where she asked BlackRose to help out. Her way of speaking and acting reminded BlackRose a lot of Mistral.
