James 'Doughnut Jimmy' Folsom was a horse doctor in Ankh-Morpork, who could usually be found up at the stables on King's Down. Despite being a horse doctor, he is one of the better doctors in Ankh-Morpork, and so was brought in to help Havelock Vetinari. He treats all of his patients as if they were championship racehorses, regardless of their actual species.[#endnote_]
