Cripple2 makes the target recieve the Crippled2 combat flag, subsequently followed by the Cripple flag, which in turn will give the target a small penalty to Agility. This penalty lasts until the next two times they are targeted with an attack, and then it disappears. The penalty incurred is the same as Cripple, but it lasts longer. Cripple2 is if course much rarer than the common Cripple, and is often found on minibots, Tapes, and other FCs with generally low combat ability.
