Yoriv Skyl was a male Cardassian who lived in the 24th century. In the 2362, Skyl succeeded Kotan Pa'Dar as Exarch of Tozhat after Pa'Dar stood down after his son Rugal was believed killed by a Bajoran attack. In 2363, Natima Lang, Gaten Russol and Thrax Sa'kat all approached Skyl to pursuade him to support withdrawal from Bajor, with Skyl expected to soon join the Detapa Council. Skyl eventually did join the Detapa Council, taking the place of a man who had been secretly killed by the Cardassian dissident movement. (ST - Terok Nor novel: Dawn of the Eagles)
