The USS Saratoga was a 24th century Federation starship operated by Starfleet. This was a replacement for the USS Saratoga lost in the Battle of Wolf 359. In 2374, the Saratoga docked at Deep Space 9. (DS9: "Wrongs Darker Than Death or Night") The Saratoga may have been named for the USS Saratoga, an aircraft carrier.
