Dean Frantz is the host of Futuro FM in Grand Theft Auto 2. Although Claude Speed blew up his radio station in Downtown District during one of Elmo's missions, he somehow managed to survive and is still a DJ for the rest of the game. He got his car stolen five times, he wishes the car thieves have one big neck so he could put his hands around it and choke their lives "all at once"
