Fukushima Shigekia is Prime Minister of Sekowo and President of the Gao-Showa Kyousan-tou. Fukushima was born on September 5, 2839 in Kasmenai. He founded the GSK in July 2884 and then in his first run for Prime Minister in 2886 he won. Soon he began to bring about attempts to reform the very broken nation and regain its reputation.
