The Pure dragon emblem is created by smithing together both the shard right half and the shard left half. Once you have obtained the pure dragon emblem you are able to equip it as a shield, although it has no special abilities. It also has the same level requirement as the full dragon kiteshield (level 60 Defence). Once the two pieces have been combined into the pure dragon emblem it can be defused if you speak to Master Elijah, he will defuse the emblem for you for 1,000,000 coins and return the two pieces to you.
