Players can enchant dragonstone bolts by using the spell Enchant Crossbow Bolt (Dragonstone) if the player has level 68 Magic. The spell itself requires a soul rune, cosmic rune, and 15 earth runes. The spell enchants 10 dragonstone bolts at a time, which gives them the chance to inflict a dragonfire attack on their target (this will only work on a player without an anti-dragon shield) making it one of the strongest bolts in game.
