The Diamond Choker is an item in Haunting Ground. It can be obtained by inserting an "ADAMAS" plate key into the box in the Refining Room, or by forging using a medallion, but it is rare. When equipped, Fiona Belli loses stamina much slower, recovers stamina much faster, and greatly decreases the chance of receiving a stalker power attack.
