Richard "Rick" Veitch is an American comic writer and artist best known for his work on DC's Swamp Thing. Veitch provided work for several issues of Eastman and Laird's Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Down to the River, River Hymn, Old Man River, Sons of the Silent Age, and Sky Highway. However, due to muddy legal rights, it is not known who has the rights to his characters and stories (Veitch or Viacom). [1]
