Clairvolex is an Intellectual Property outsourcing organization based in New Delhi, India.[citation needed] It came into existence on the 29th of April, 2006. As of June 2012, Clairvolex has 124 full time employees and is credited as the first and the only private organization to create the Indian Intellectual property information database called 'CIPIS' with information from the year 1971 to 2012.[citation needed]
