The V-19 Gauss Sub machine Gun or as it was officially known the V-19 Gauss Individual Combat System (GICS) was a slugthrower style weapon used by the Echani Protectors. The weapon utilized an Asynchronous Linear-Induction motor to produce a bipolar magnetic field capable of launching a 5mm x 23 projectile at hyper-sonic velocities. The great velocity of the projectile is the key to the stopping power and performance of the V-19.
