Thomas Clifford Arana (born April 3, 1955, Auburn, California) is an American character actor who appeared as Walter Stevens, a former cop turned leader of a vigilante group in the episode "Over the Line" of the series Miami Vice. Arana has appeared in a number of European films and TV shows throughout his career.
