Sebarian Phannoy was a Bothan Jedi born on Bothawui. Found by Jedi Master Ki-Adi-Mundi, he was taken in and trained as a Jedi. He later became Ki-Adi's apprentice at age 14, and went on to be his apprentice through the Battle of Geonosis, and till the end of the Clone Wars. However, when Ki-Adi was killed on Mygeeto, he fled, one of the remaining few Jedi. Not much is known of his time in Exile. Eventually, he was again found by Luke Skywalker, and became his apprentice. They went on different missions, even meeting A'sharad Hett on one occasion.
