It can be bought in Baron for 5500 gil (3D version) and found in Sylph Cave and Lunar Ruins. It can be dropped by Storm Anima, Green Dragon, Yellow Dragon, Lesser Marilith, Clockwork Soldier, and Gold Dragon and stolen from Yellow Dragon and Green Dragon. In the 3D version, it is a reward for completing the Tower of Zot 3F map, Sealed Cave B3 North map, and Sealed Cavern B3 South map.
