The Pedestrians With Greased Shoes powerup, known as Pedestrians Glued to the Ground in Carmageddon, is a powerup that makes all living pedestrians stuck on their spot. When they try to run, or walk for that matter, their shoes slip on the ground and they end up going nowhere, like what is commonly seen in cartoons. This also affects animals, even though they don't wear shoes.
