Art.ini is a configuration file that included art coding in Tiberian Sun, Firestorm, Red Alert 2 and Yuri's Revenge. Expansion packs used differently named files that served the same purpose, e.g. artfs.ini or artmd.ini. As of Generals, units are no longer displayed by 2D sprites, and all art coding is done in the same file as its rules.
