Sims was a police officer in the Los Angeles Police Department in 1996, with the designation 247-Baker. He confronted Braxton about placing signs around the city, and was later involved in a foot pursuit (of a 50-51 suspect) when Braxton attempted to flee. (VOY: "Future's End") Sims was played by actor Barry Wiggins who filmed his scene on Thursday 15 August 1996 outside of Paramount Stage 9. His name is visible on his name tag. The call sheet listed him as "Policeman".
