CIN was a medium-sized alliance formed from a splinter group of previously Polar nations. Approximately three months after the CIN's formation, the NpO declared war, citing harassment of its nations and misuse of its sovereign documents, among other transgressions. The CIN plead innocent to the NpO's claims, but after a short and devastating war was forced to disband by the New Polar Order.
