Pantheon City (Japanese: ポケモンリーグ Pokémon League) is a large city located on an island in the southern Atora Ocean. The island contains a coastal city at the base of a mountian and the Pokémon League castle along with the government of Atora at the top. It serves as the capital of the region with the Pokémon League Champion in charge of the government. Pokémon Trainers come here to battle the Elite Four of Atora after earning eight of the ten Gym Badges. There are two Pokémon Centers on the island, one in the main city and then one inside the Pokémon League. Either can be reached by using Fly.
