Sheik Ibrahim Bin-Khalid was the commander of a major terrorist organization, targeted for assassination or capture by the United States government. Bin-Khalid recruited dozens of covert sleeper cells in the United States and, at the time of his alleged death, was planning to simultaneously activate them for an apocalyptic series of terrorist attacks.
