B'roxxa of Issthaen was a male Lip'sho and an officer in the Imperial Navy. He was assigned as captain of the prototype Vektek-class stealth cruiser, Arconoss, in 8 BBY, where his split loyalties and ties to the Vinn rebels operating in the Redrith system were discovered by Gieg Brillith and his good friend Jez Rick. They handed the Lip'sho over to Imperial authorities, and he was sentenced to summary execution.
