Sybil Dalipagic was a Manticoran citizen and an officer of the Royal Manticoran Astro-Control Service. Holding the rank of Lieutenant Commander, she served in the junction command center for the Manticore Wormhole Junction around 1918 PD. She had a brother-in-law who served in the Royal Manticoran Mail Service for forty years. (HH10)
