Soda is a playable character in Jet Set Radio Future and a member of the GG's. His role is minimal in the game, being an optional character. In Jet Set Radio Future he hangs out at Highway Zero starting at Chapter 6, and stays there until the player talks to him, after which he simply says, "Dude, I'm bored. Entertain me", and makes the player race him around Highway Zero. Afterwards, he joins the GG's and becomes a playable character, but only because, as he puts it: "It's not like I've got anything else to do". From that point onwards, he can be seen dancing on the left end of the stereo in the garage, when not playing as him.
