Upon arriving in the Delta Quadrant, Captain Kathryn Janeway located an M-class planet near the Caretaker's array and performed a planetary surface scan. With this scan she found that the planet had no ocean or river and was incapable to produce rain due to the missing nucleogenic particles in the atmosphere.
