Trump Tower at City Center is a 35-story high-rise condominium apartment building built in White Plains, Westchester County, New York. It was completed in 2005. The Trump Organization (partnered with Westchester developer Louis R. Cappelli) led the development, sales, and management of the building. It has 212 condominium residences that opened September 21, 2005. It is adjacent to the "Lofts at City Center," which has an additional 29 units that were completed in 2005.
