Elite Boom Guy is a type of enemy in Mario & Luigi: Partners in Time. It is a stronger version of Boom Guy. If the Elite Boom Guy attempts to duck while holding his hands on his head, the Elite Boom Guy launches out a Bullet Bill quickly from the Bill Blaster and attempts to hit one of the Mario Brothers.
