This boss has two adds, they are random and are chosen from about 8 different options, just cc them both and keep the ccs up during the fight. If Two CC's aren't available, cc one and focus on the other, or focus both down before attempting to fight the boss. Hex Lord Malacrass will do an aoe attack called spirit bolts which is fairly strong and calls for some strong aoe heals so be aware healers. The Boss also casts Siphon Soul which steals powers from the party member chosen depending on class, at least the following moves are stolen:
